Cross Country

On Friday it was the real Cross Country we have to set down on the court. On the court it was so hot that we got sweaty.

My team colour name is Hikianalia and yellow. I try my best to win the race so I can make my family happy. We have to run towards the football goal’s. In the race I felt nervous because every buddy was looking at me.

On the middle of the photo it has a little photo of me, and Paige, and Thazin.   

When we was done drinking the water Thazin mum brought us sausage sizzle.

Derek RedMond

Derek Redmond was the fast runner in the men’s running team. It was in 1992 the culture he was doing the race was in Barcelona. Derek Redmond was from Britain he is British. He was feeling nervous of the race.

He hurt his hamstring when he was running.   

He was hopping on one foot he felt pain because he hurt his leg.

Derek Redmond was neeley to the finish line. Then there was people trying to stop them from walking to the finish line. If you are trying to the finish line don’t give up.

The woman swimming race

My name is Katinka Hosszu I am from Hungary I am a world record. I am the fastest swimmer from the woman swimming team. This is what you need when you are swimming you need tog’s goggles and a cap.

Before the race I felt embarrassed because, there was a lot of people watching me.

During the race I was feeling tired, because we have to do a lot of arm moving. When it was the end of the woman swimming race I came first, from the woman swimming race, I was happy that I won.

I felt happy that I won the woman swimming race. The woman swimming race I got

4 minutes and 26 seconds and I won the race.

THE RIO OLYMPICS GAMES

The Rio Olympics is in Rio Brazil. The Olympics start in 2 days on the 5th of August. The Olympics torchis about the flame when they put the torch on the big circles thing. The torch relay is when they take turns running the torch so they can start the the game.
