This terms animation is all about move your body. What move your body means is when we have to do lots of exercise, like moving your arms and doing lots of running. Gymnastic is a good way to move your body. In gymnastics some of the moves are flips, cartwheels and handstands. You have to be very flexible to do gymnastics.
